The 7 Practices
The Way of the Higher Self is comprised of seven core practices. When engaged in consistently, these practices work to dissolve the barrier between the habitual ego-mind, and the higher self, allowing our best qualities to manifest more vividly and to make our lives happier and more fruitful.
